Please find herewith an important safety communication from Bristol-Myers Squibb regarding the risk of hepatic toxicity with paracetamol and in particular with Perfalgan 10mg/ml solution for infusion (100 ml vial) and Perfalgan Infants & Children 10mg/ml (50ml vial) when not used in accordance to the instructions in the Summary of Product Characteristics.
