Report of consumption of veterinary antimicrobials in Ireland in 2009
This report provides an overview of the consumption of veterinary antimicrobial drugs in Ireland during 2009. This is the first such report and serves as a benchmark for the future. It is expected that, in accordance with the European Surveillance of Veterinary Antimicrobial Consumption (ESVAC) project, a yearly survey will be conducted from now on.
