Notification for invalidation fee

Please note that from 31st March 2011, all Manufacturing & Wholesale Companies, Blood & Tissue Establishments and Laboratories will now be charged for incorrect or incomplete new applications and variations to authorisations. Companies will incur a fee of up to 10% of the application/variation fee.
Companies will also incur this charge if they request variation applications to be withdrawn.
