Guide to the Decentralised and Mutual Recognition Procedures for Veterinary Medicinal Products using Ireland as RMS
08 January 2013
The Veterinary Sciences Department has produced an updated and consolidated guide to applications for authorisations of veterinary medicinal products using the decentralised procedure (DCP) and mutual recognition procedure (MRP) and when using Ireland as the reference member state (RMS).
In addition to a detailed overview of the application procedures and information on the relevant IMB fees, the guide provides companies intending to submit an application for a marketing authorisation for a veterinary medicinal product with a description of the services available and the benefits of using Ireland as the RMS.
An overview of the Veterinary Sciences Department personnel and assessment teams is included along with useful information on visiting the offices of the Irish Medicines Board.
