This document outlines the requirements in relation to the notification of the Responsible Person (manufacturer, Designated Responsible Person (EU agent) or importer) placing cosmetic products on the market, as required by the Cosmetic Products Directive 76/768/EEC, as amended, and related S.I. No. 870 of 2004, as amended, and provides guidance on how to complete the application form for notifications.
