The IMB undertook a public consultation on the proposal for changes to the Dual Pack import Registration (DPR) scheme between 23rd October and 20th November 2009.

Outcome of the Public consultation on the Dual Pack import Registration (DPR) Scheme

The DPR scheme has been in operation since February 2007. A review of the scheme has been undertaken by the IMB. Arising from non-compliance with the scheme highlighted during inspection, recalls and lack of traceability, it has been considered necessary to revise the scheme.
