Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) launches National Standards for Safer Better Healthcare Consultation

A major national consultation on new healthcare standards for Ireland has been launched by the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA).

All interested parties, including people who use services, their families and carers and service providers, are invited to submit their views on the draft national standards.

The closing date for receipt of comments is Thursday 4 November 2010.
